Ladies, get your kleenex ready! Prepare to cry on a weekly basis. Men, you can just sit and groan in the corner.
The CW is working on a TV series based on our favorite book and movie, The Notebook.
It looks like the network won’t mess with the story too much. The plan is to stick to the same characters we’ve grown to love over the years. The show will follow the romantic relationship of the young couple, Noah and Allie, in the 1940s. Nicholas Sparks, who wrote The Notebook, will also serve as a producer on the TV series.
As of right now, there aren’t many details other than that. Now, we wait patiently to see if the show is a go!
I would also like to give the guys out there a little bit of advice…watch the movie with your woman! If there is a TV show about The Notebook, watch it with your woman! She will be putty in your hands every time! You’re welcome.
